The Milntown Trust is delighted to welcome the Tallis Consort to Milntown at 3pm on Saturday 17th December. The Tallis Consort, founded in the Isle of Man 25 years ago, has developed gradually from a small group of solo singers into the “a capella” consort of just under 20 singers it is today. The “a capella” or “unaccompanied group” perform mainly a rich variety of choral music composed during the Tudor and Renaissance periods, but drift occasionally into more modern eras.
The group will be performing during a festive afternoon tea at Milntown at 3.30pm on the 17th December.
